1. Secure Payments

All online payments made through our website are processed using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your card or banking details on our website.

2. Physical Product Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is submitted within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the product.

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used oils, honey, water, herbs, or consumable products.

• Customized or specially prepared products.

• Digital products or downloadable materials.

4. Refund Eligibility

Physical Products

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.

Appointment Bookings

Appointment bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Ruqyah Treatment Services

Payment for Ruqyah consultation or treatment sessions covers the professional time and service provided.

As treatment outcomes vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds are generally not provided after a consultation or treatment session has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

8. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

9. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order is not successfully created due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, the amount will be refunded or the order will be completed.
